A Stirling Bike Club event in conjunction with the University of Stirling
A veritable closed circuit extravaganza! Blow away those winter cobwebs with a bracing circuit race around Scotland’s most beautiful campus-based University.
Its a short course of only 0.87 miles so plenty of laps to set your head spinning! Check out the Map.

A big ‘Thank You’ must go to our hosts Ben and Jen, for allowing everyong to take over their house and garden for the day – it was fantastic!
Kids and adults had a brilliant time. Games for the kids were awesome – hope you find your bean bag from the field when Callum over shot the garden hedge 😉
COG max power challenge was a huge hit with all – not quite sure who won the overall categories?

A kit sponsorship deal for newly formed cycling club Carse of Gowrie Velo will have a peleton of keen road cyclists setting off on the right track with smiles on their faces.

Paul and his som Ben had an awesome time cycling at Sir Chris Hoy Veledrome glasgow.
Crazy trio of Ben, David and Chris – on a very cold and windy ride Tay loop (tour de Tay) clockwise. Wind in our faces most of the journey and icy roads to contend with on higher ground – not ideal for road bikes! David can vouch for this as he planted into the snow just past Gauldry, he is ok though.

This thursday (14-03-2013) we will be riding our first Tour de Tay of 2013!
We will be meeting at the Inchture Hotel at 6:30pm. Lights will obviously be required and warm clothes its going to be cold as this route usually takes approx 3.5 hours. See the discussion forum for confirmation or changes to this plan.
